For overnight stays I require 48 hours notice and this service is only available for those who have previously had sessions with me before.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The amount required is dependent upon the duration of the booking. For an hour booking a minimum deposit of £80 will be required.
After services are agreed and a deposit is taken, if you push for additional services outside of what was discussed or listed, the booking will cancelled and any deposit will be forfeited.
